What if a fault allowed a break-in to go undeterred or undetected? It could be a heartbreak waiting to happen, so why risk it?

There’s no need to worry any longer, DAS Security offer a comprehensive service and security system maintenance plan for all types of alarm, cctv and access entry systems.

Free Maintenance On All Our New Alarm Installations

If you purchase a new intruder alarm installation from DAS Security then the first twelve months maintenance is free. The alarm system is sold to you outright and does not form any part of a rental agreement. During the first year the contract is fully inclusive: all parts, call out and labour charges are covered for any equipment-related problems.

Twelve months after installation we will send a letter and around that time we’ll also send you an offer of maintenance contract covering your security system. All our maintenance contracts are optional, and cover a maximum period of twelve months, that is to say you are not required to sign up to long term three, five or ten year periods unlike the contracts with some alarm companies. However, it may be a requirement of your insurance company to continue to have your security system maintained by a reputable alarm maintenance company such as ourselves, particularly if you have negotiated a discount off your premiums. We would recommend you check your position with your insurance company before deciding.

Although we are able to consider repairs and maintenance on systems installed by other alarm companies priority is given to customers on a service and maintenance contract.
